Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System is hiring a Distribution Specialist for its Consolidated Service Center in Houston. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• MHE certification preferred.
• 1 year of order fulfillment experience required.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other electric material handling equipment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picks customer orders utilizing WMS, robotics and/or MHE to complete multiple orders.
• Sort totes and cases of boxes by scanning, retrieving and placing orders on pallets.
• Utilizes MHE to move outbound orders to the shipping dock area.
• Performs order induction activities for low unit of measure robotic picking.
• Resolves order errors prior to shipment.
• Prepares, shrink wraps, and loads pallets onto delivery trucks; may work overtime.
