Job summary

Memorial Hermann Consolidated Service Center seeks a Distribution Specialist to accurately fulfill customer orders for acute care hospitals using a WMS, RF devices, MHE, and AMRs. This role collaborates with Customer Service, Logistics and Transportation to resolve shipment issues and ensure timely delivery.

The position reports to the Order Fulfillment Manager and may require overtime or weekend work to meet demand, with a focus on safe, efficient, and personalized service across Memorial

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Material Handling Equipment (MHE) certification preferred.
• One year of order fulfillment experience required.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other electric MHE.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Picks orders using WMS, robotics and MHE to complete multiple orders.
• Sorts totes/cases for pallet placement and shipping.
• Move outbound orders to shipping dock using MHE.
• Supports LUM robotic picking activities.
• Resolve order errors before shipment.
• Prepare and load pallets onto delivery trucks.
