Job summary

Field AI is seeking a Deployment Logistics Coordinator to manage movement of robots, spare parts, and equipment between HQ, customer sites, and field deployment locations in Irvine, CA. This onsite role collaborates with operations, engineering, and hardware teams to ensure deployment readiness and smooth offsite operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating freight, customs, and country-specific requirements, maintaining inventories, and supporting calibration and inspection processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, asset management, or field operations coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end logistics for deployment and return of robots, spare parts, and equipment between HQ, customer sites, and field operations.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including freight carriers, customs documentation, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, asset locations, calibration status, shipping history, and equipment availability.
