Job summary

Mind Robotics is building Physical AI for real-world deployment, starting on the factory floor. As a Robot Operator, you will run robots through tasks, some routine and some new, developing judgment on what makes a good demonstration.

You’ll be closest to hardware and first to notice issues, with the process potentially evolving month to month. You’ll pilot rigs, produce data for model training, and maintain clear session logs while staying mindful of safety and ergonomics in a hands-on

Qualifications

• One year or more of work history with accountable output, no degree required.
• Genuine interest in robots and AI, eagerness to learn how things work.
• Demonstrated safety mindset and willingness to raise concerns when needed.

Responsibilities

• Pilot robots and operate leader/follower rigs to run industrial manipulation tasks.
• Produce data via repeated demonstrations with consistency and clean motion.
• Review and log your own outputs, flagging bad episodes and maintaining session records.
• Work safely, perform pre-power-up checks, and follow lockout procedures.
• Adapt to new tasks from a cold start and document findings for improvement.
