You will work closely with robotics and AI teams to ensure safe, reliable operations while contributing to the development of next-generation robotic systems. This role emphasizes hands-on data collection and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Excellent physical coordination and spatial awareness are essential.
• Ability to operate data collection equipment for extended periods.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and operating equipment for 8+ hours/day.
• Fast learner capable of mastering new tasks, tools, and workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate robots using advanced data collection systems.
• Guide robots through motions and tasks to collect demonstration data.
• Upload, validate, and organize collected data for training AI models.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report operational issues during data collection.
• Follow bring-up, calibration, and shutdown procedures for safe operations.
• Collaborate with AI, perception, and controls engineers to refine teleoperation pipelines.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment during data collection and operations.
