Job summary

Wonder in Boston (Charlestown) is seeking a Culinary Commercialization Manager, Robotics to drive menu adaptation on automated platforms, lead ingredient sourcing, and guide hands-on culinary testing with enterprise clients.

The role partners with engineering to validate ingredients on robotic systems, builds SOPs and prep guides, and supports pilot launches; four days in the office, with equity and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of restaurant and/or kitchen management experience.
• Experience setting up new vendors and procurement platforms.
• Experience with menu mix analysis and forecasting usage.
• Ability to work with engineers to automate processes.
• Strong communication and SOP writing skills.
• Advanced Excel skills for inventory modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead ingredient sourcing and procurement logistics with vendor relations.
• Coordinate internal tastings and R&D for robotics platforms.
• Validate ingredients on automated systems for B2B clients.
• Create SOPs, prep guides and food safety protocols.
• Support pilot launches at new store openings and line extensions.
