Qualifications

4-year Engineering degree or equivalent controls engineering experience.
At least 3 years designing, programming or integrating automated equipment and robotic solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Provide support for new and existing automated systems.
Identify areas of improvement in existing automated equipment.
Develop programs for new and existing equipment using both on-line and off-line programming techniques.
Work with other Engineers to standardize automated and programming solutions across similar equipment, with heavy focus on robot point teaching methods, fixtures, and procedures.
Support engineering team members in the development of new processes for manufacturing.
Work with production support teams during equipment or software launch.
Research and develop new robotic solutions for automated equipment.
Identify and address areas of obsolescence.
