• ABB robot programming and commissioning
• Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 PLC programming (Structured Text)
• EtherCAT configuration and troubleshooting
• On-floor commissioning and troubleshooting of automation cells
• End-to-end delivery from development to production commissioning
• Schematic reading and industrial controls troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Program, test, and commission ABB robots using RAPID
• Develop and debug Beckhoff PLC applications in TwinCAT 3 (Structured Text)
• Integrate robots, PLCs, sensors, actuators into automation cells
• Configure, diagnose, and resolve EtherCAT network issues
• Own full project execution from development through production commissioning on the floor
• Read electrical schematics to troubleshoot and repair industrial controls
