Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic current faculty member to serve as the Robotics Coach for the upcoming season. This position involves guiding students through the design, construction, programming, and strategic testing of competitive robots while fostering STEM engagement, teamwork, and critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Mentorship & Leadership: Direct students in mechanical design, coding, electronics, and problem-solving while encouraging student-led innovation.
• Team Management: Conduct regular after-school practices, manage team organization, and oversee student roles and safety protocols.
• Competition Preparation: Register the team for regional/state events, manage logistics, and supervise students during scheduled competition weekends.
• Resource & Budget Management: Maintain equipment, manage inventory, and coordinate team supplies within the allocated extra-curricular budget.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for school administration, parents, and competition organizers.

Compensation
