PROCEPT BioRobotics in the United States is seeking a Clinical Specialist to deliver product training and clinical education for our robotic systems. You will support live procedures, ensure optimal OR workflow, and work with Sales to identify opportunities for utilization growth and account retention.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2–4 years clinical experience, and a passion for medical devices and robotics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years clinical experience preferred.
• Strong interest in medical devices and robotics.
• Achieve clinical proficiency to cover a case independently within 60 days after Aqua Academy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product training and clinical education to surgeons and staff.
• Support live procedures to optimize OR workflow and troubleshooting.
• Provide in‑service and field support for installations and software updates.
• Execute procedural scheduling and efficiency improvements for better coverage.
• Partner with Sales to identify opportunities for utilization growth and retention.
• Collaborate with team to drive program efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Travel up to 75% to support regional coverage.
