You will ensure optimal OR workflow, handle in‑service education, and support installations and software updates while partnering with Sales to grow utilization.

The role requires hands‑on clinical proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to travel about 75% to support customers and drive program success

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2-4 years clinical experience preferred.
• Strong interest in medical devices and robotics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product training and clinical education to surgeons and staff.
• Provide in‑procedure support to ensure optimal OR workflow and troubleshooting.
• Assist with installations and software updates, and schedule case coverage.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify utilization growth opportunities and drive account retention.
• Maintain accurate case logs and documentation in Salesforce and coordinate with Marketing/R&D on product improvements.
