Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years clinical experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Achieve clinical proficiency to cover a case within 60 days after training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product training and clinical education to surgeons and staff.
• Support live procedures to ensure optimal OR workflow and troubleshooting.
• Perform installations and software updates on PROCEPT Robotic Systems.
• Coordinate procedural scheduling to maximize case coverage.
• Collect and relay customer insights to Marketing and R&D for product improvements.
• Maintain accurate case logs and documentation in Salesforce.
