The role focuses on designing and maintaining robotic programs and fixtures across Monoshell, Foundry, Casting, and NDT operations, with an emphasis on minimizing downtime through offline programming and robust process characteristics. Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Two-year technical degree or 3 years related manufacturing programming experience.
• Experience with Motoman and/or Fanuc robots.
• Offline programming experience.
• Fixture design for robotics cells.
• CNC programming knowledge helpful.
• Green Belt Six Sigma preferred; if not, to be achieved within 12 months.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, process oriented, and detail-focused.
• Prior exposure to statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design/maintain robotic programs used throughout the manufacturing process.
• Design and program management of fixtures used within robotic processes.
• Support/train operators on automation usage.
• Document changes to production programs for traceability.
• Identify key input variables to ensure robust automation performance.
• Determine key output variables to validate successful completions.
• Flex across all shifts as needed to execute duties.
