Job summary

PAR Systems is growing its Production team in the Automation division to deliver first-of-a-kind systems. As a Technician you will help build robotics, laser, and vision systems, read engineering documentation, and perform wiring and mechanical assembly to meet PAR-excellence standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in technology and machine build, strong electrical and mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with others.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant technology and machine build experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to understand and build from CAD solid model images.
• AAS degree or relevant training and/or experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Understanding of Robotics, Laser Systems, Vision Systems.
• PLC programming is a plus.
• Understanding of machine "power up" process.

Responsibilities

• Build robotics, laser systems, and vision systems per engineering guidance.
• Interpret engineering documentation and perform proper wiring and mechanical assembly.
