Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a hands-on maintenance technician in the Fort Wayne area to keep automated production lines running. You will diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems and maintain robotic cells to minimize downtime.

The role requires reading blueprints and schematics, performing root-cause analysis, and collaborating with engineering on improvements. Overtime and weekend coverage may be needed.

Qualifications

• Able to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Demonstrated mechanical and electrical aptitude; low-voltage installation and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience repairing mechanical and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems on production equipment.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Maintain and service robotic manufacturing equipment and assist with plant improvements.
• Complete electronic work order forms for all tasks and document work thoroughly.
• Support continuous improvement projects and cross-functional teams.
