Job summary

Procter & Gamble is hiring an Automation Maintenance Technician for the Dayton Fulfillment Center. You will maintain and repair autonomous robots, conveyors, and material handling systems on a 12‑hour, 2‑2‑3 schedule with day and night premiums.

Starting pay is $27.70/hr with a raise to $28.80/hr after 6 months and day‑1 benefits. Eligible for shift premiums and comprehensive benefits from Day 1.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 2+ years mechanical or technical experience in manufacturing.
• Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot autonomous robots, conveyors, and handling systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and calibrations.
• Diagnose mechanical and system issues to minimize downtime.
• Monitor equipment performance and use data to prevent problems.
• Lead continuous improvement to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Share knowledge and help develop other team members.
