Mmsteam in East Peoria, IL is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician I to support industrial equipment and robotic automation. You’ll learn to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced setting.

The role offers hands-on experience with robotics and automated systems, with 2:00 PM–10:30 PM shifts on Monday–Friday, plus overtime and a shift differential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance, mechanical, manufacturing, robotics, or related hands-on experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and robotic systems.
• Assist with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and robotic equipment issues.
• Replace belts, bearings, chains, rollers, filters, and other wear components.
• Help repair conveyors, motors, pumps, and gearboxes.
• Record completed work in the CMMS maintenance system.
