Job summary

Talent Match Recruiting seeks a Robotics & Automation Manager to lead a first shift manufacturing automation team. You will guide Robotics Programmers and Technicians, identify automation opportunities, and oversee projects from concept to production.

Requires a mechanical/electrical/computer engineering degree and 4–5 years in robotics programming within manufacturing, plus 2 years in leadership. Familiarity with Fanuc Roboguide, WeldPro, and Inventor is preferred.

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
4–5 years of robotics programming and automation experience in manufacturing.
2 years of leadership or supervisory experience with technical staff.
Strong welding robotics experience.
Experience with Fanuc Roboguide and Lincoln WeldPro preferred.
2D/3D CAD experience; Inventor preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Robotics Programmers and Robotic Process Technicians.
Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across weld, blast, and paint operations.
Lead automation projects from concept through installation, testing and production.
Simulate and validate robotic programs using Fanuc Roboguide and WeldPro.
Read engineering drawings and 3D models to support automation design and programming.
Troubleshoot robotics, PLCs, electrical systems, sensors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and tooling.
Develop training, work instructions, and documentation for safe operation and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with Operations and CI to improve processes and future automation strategies.
