Job summary
Rogers Group’s StageRight division seeks an Automation Engineer to design, program, implement, and continuously improve robotic systems in our Clare, Michigan manufacturing environments. The role requires deep expertise with FANUC robots, Panasonic welding systems, and related automation equipment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or related field.
- Experience designing/programming/implementing robotic systems in manufacturing.
- Experience troubleshooting industrial automation equipment.
- Familiarity with FANUC and Panasonic robotics.
- Ability to work onsite in Clare, Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement robotic and automated systems for manufacturing operations.
- Program, configure, test, and troubleshoot industrial robots and related equipment.
- Perform offline programming and simulation with FANUC WeldPro and Visual Components.
- Develop welding paths, parameters, and process configurations to meet quality targets.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering to improve equipment reliability.
- Train operators and maintenance personnel on robotic systems and safety procedures.
