Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Applications Engineer to join the Fauna Robotics support team. You will be the primary technical contact for customer-reported Fauna robot issues, diagnosing problems spanning hardware and software, and driving resolution with independence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for customer-reported Fauna robot issues, performing remote troubleshooting across hardware and software.
• Develop and maintain support infrastructure including ticketing, knowledge base, troubleshooting playbooks, and corrective action documentation.
• Analyze support metrics to identify trends and inform product improvements.
• Communicate field issues to engineering with clear reports and reproduction steps.
• Refine escalation criteria and handoff processes for on-site or bench-level repairs.
• Create and maintain customer-facing and internal support documentation.
