Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver high‑quality instruction and facilitate the learning of students.
- Develop appropriate course syllabi and instructional plans; organize daily classes using creative and innovative techniques.
- Manage the instructional environment with emphasis on safety and equipment security; ensure opportunities for student/participant evaluation.
- Provide student advisement with timely, accurate, and comprehensive information.
- Collaborate with the Office of Student Success to ensure students receive up‑to‑date information on tutoring and other programs designed to increase retention.
- Participate in tours and recruitment events; assist in department/program planning for recruitment.
- Demonstrate willingness to be of service and exhibit courteous behavior toward students, parents, employers, media, coworkers, and the general public.
- Maintain flexibility, including availability for evening, weekend, or summer assignments; work effectively in a team environment; commit to the mission, vision, and values of TSTC.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Verifiable work experience in the automation or manufacturing industry.
- Strong electrical and programming skills.
- Working knowledge of electrical control systems, electrical control schematics, motor control systems, maintenance of industrial equipment, robotic systems, PLC programming, machine interfacing, and industrial safety.
- Preferred: Fanuc Handling Tool certification.
- Preferred: Fanuc IR‑Vision certification.
