Texas State Technical College (TSTC) seeks an Instructor to deliver approved curriculum, content, and assessments in an applied learning environment. You will mentor students, provide feedback, and integrate technology to enrich the classroom.
Responsibilities cover instructional delivery, management, retention initiatives, and participating in program recruitment while upholding the college's core values of Excellence, Accountability, Service, and Integrity.
As an Instructor at TSTC, you will deliver approved curriculum, content, and assessments in an applied learning environment. Responsibilities include facilitation of activities and discussions that engage a range of learning styles with targeted guidance and mentorship to students.
Faculty will interpret and administer assessments, provide constructive feedback to support student growth and learning outcomes, and integrate technology effectively to enrich the educational experience.
Faculty act as ambassadors for their programs and TSTC, demonstrating core values of Excellence, Accountability, Service, and Integrity with internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in related tours and recruitment events and assist in department/program planning for recruitment.
Demonstrate willingness to be of service, exhibit courteous behavior toward students, parents, employers, media, and the public. Maintain flexibility, including availability for evening, weekend, or summer assignments; work effectively in a team; commit to the mission, vision, and values of the college.
Verifiable and demonstrated experience required.
