Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience across software, hardware or research roles.
• Ability to source passive candidates and engage them.
• Technically literate to discuss candidate work with engineers/researchers.
• Strong relationship-building; candidates remember you.
• Organized and process-oriented; keep the ATS clean and hiring managers informed.
• Familiarity with Lever ATS.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and research roles—software engineers, hardware engineers, AI/ML researchers, and more.
• Build and maintain deep pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles, with heavy outbound sourcing.
• Partner with engineering and research leadership to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
• Deliver a candidate experience that reflects Tutor's culture at every touchpoint.
• Keep recruiting data and reporting current in Lever.
• Coordinate handoff from offer acceptance to day one with People Ops.
