Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS or related field with progressive software development experience.
• 4+ years of Python or C++ software development experience in a commercial environment.
• 4+ years of Linux system programming experience.
• 3+ years of technical leadership within a software team.
• 4+ years experience with Agile sprint planning, code reviews, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Software Engineers, understanding strengths and focus areas.
• Hold regular meetings with component leads to assess needs and provide support.
• Manage team performance and development.
• Lead sprints and ensure clear communication of tasks and deadlines.
• Coordinate with adjacent service teams to ensure program success.
• Develop guidance for product manufacturing, commissioning, and field deployments.
• Maintain deep technical understanding of the software and hardware in robotic solutions.
