Qualifications

• Able to read, write, communicate in English.
• Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints.
• Ability to pass print reading, measurement, and fraction/decimal conversion tests.
• Demonstrate high level of mechanical aptitude (non-traditional backgrounds welcome).
• Excellent computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for programming, troubleshooting, debugging and preparation of welding robots for production.
• Teach and train robot operators as well as programmers.
• Constantly improve cycle time and throughput by adjusting robot path and function.
• Diagnose and correct machine issues.
• Ensure all jobsite safety procedures and standards are met.
• Observe and implement company housekeeping, safety, and quality policies.
