Job summary

TDIndustries is seeking a Certified Welder with hands-on experience operating automated welding systems, specifically Novarc welding robots, to support production across Texas.

The role offers 1st or 3rd shift options, focuses on quality and safety, and requires AWS certification and 3+ years of robotics welding experience. Experience with Roto-Weld or Ready to Weld is acceptable in lieu of direct Novarc expertise.

Qualifications

• Certified Welder with AWS or equivalent certification
• 3+ years operating Novarc welding robots
• Ability to work 1st or 3rd shift
• Strong knowledge of welding processes (GMAW/FCAW/SAW)
• Ability to read welding symbols and blueprints
• Proven track record of producing high-quality welds

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot Novarc robots to meet production and quality standards
• Set up welding parameters, fixtures, and tooling for automated welding processes
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of welds to ensure specifications
• Adjust programs and welding variables as needed to maintain weld quality
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment in accordance with company and OSHA standards
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and report issues to maintenance/engineering
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and quality teams to improve welding efficiency
