Job summary

Lincoln Electric Automation in Fort Collins is seeking a skilled Robotics Programmer to join our engineering team. You will program industrial robots both offline and online, develop weld processes for customer parts, and set up engineered systems to meet company standards.

The role requires reading electrical and mechanical prints, experience with CAD and office tools, and strong communication. Travel up to 25% may be required; a high school diploma and robotics experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical prints.
• Ability to read weld symbols.
• CAD, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Associate degree or vocational training in engineering/robotics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily and weekly scheduled tasks.
• Coordinate off-line programming and online implementation of robotics.
• Develop robot welding processes for customer parts.
• Integrate robotic welding systems and support project teams.
• Provide backup support for project-related tasks and customer training.
• Represent Lincoln Electric in interactions with customers and contractors.
• Promote continual improvement in processes and procedures.
