Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical welding or robotic certification preferred.
• 2+ years in robotic welding or related manufacturing roles.
• Knowledge of robotic welding systems, MIG/TIG welding.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in programming robotic welders (e.g., FANUC, ABB, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Operate robotic welding machines to perform welding tasks on various metal parts.
• Set up and configure robotic welding systems according to specifications.
• Monitor the welding process and ensure weld quality and integrity.
• Program and troubleshoot robotic welders as needed to meet production requirements.
• Perform maintenance on welding robots, including cleaning, adjustments, and repairs.
• Inspect welded components to ensure they meet quality and engineering specs.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and ensure on-time output.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area.
• Keep accurate records of welding operations and production output.
