Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate robotic and manual welding equipment.
• Troubleshoot robotic welding systems, controllers, sensors, tooling, and related equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on welding robots and tooling.
• Monitor weld quality and adjust to maintain consistency.
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.
• Develop and optimize robotic welding programs to improve productivity.
• Set up parts for welding using clamps, jigs, and fixtures.
• Align and position components into fixtures per specifications.
• Set up and operate automated welding equipment.
• Maintain production, maintenance, and quality records.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and customer specifications.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, 5S, efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
