Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Robotic Welder in Albert Lea, MN for a full-time 1st shift (4-10 hour days). Starting pay is $22-$24 per hour with an evaluation-to-hire pathway.

The role requires operating and programming robotic welding equipment, interpreting blueprints, and using precision tools to ensure DIM accuracy. You will prepare and maintain jigs and uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience operating robotic welding systems is preferred.
• Strong fabrication and metalworking skills required.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform additional fabrication tasks per job order as required.
• Operate and program robotic welding equipment with accuracy and efficiency.
• Interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding specifications.
• Utilize precision measuring tools to ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain welding jigs and fixtures.
• Maintain production logs and quality reports.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Support a positive, accountable work environment.
