Qualifications

• Experience with robotic welding systems in manufacturing.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor robotic welding systems.
• Program and adjust robotic welding equipment to meet specs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications.
• Inspect welds for quality and compliance with standards.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping in the work area.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes.
• Document production output and quality checks.
• Balance welding operations for efficiency using offline programming where applicable.
