Job summary

Snelling is seeking a Machine Operator in Temple, TX to load and unload parts into a Robotic Welder and monitor welding operations to ensure parts meet specifications.

The ideal candidate will be able to program and operate robotic welders, perform weld finishing with MIG welding, and maintain excellent attendance. PPE usage and strong communication are essential.

JOB DESCRIPTION

In a fast-paced manufacturing facility, the Machine Operator will load and unload parts into a Robotic Welder, monitor all functions of the robotic welder and ensure the welding process as well as the completed product meets desired specifications. The ideal Machine Operator will be able to program and operate the robotic welder(s), as well as finish out any weldments as needed with a MIG welding machine.
