Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify filler metal and adjust gas flow per WPS.
• Set up manual weld machine or download program per setup sheet.
• Load parts into tooling per print and work instructions.
• Weld parts per customer prints and remove weld spatter/scale.
• Perform quality checks and maintain welding equipment.
• Set up and operate robotic weld cells.
• Rework parts to meet customer specifications.
