Job summary

Virnig Manufacturing is seeking a Robotic Welder to set up, operate, and maintain MIG and robotic welding equipment to build high-quality products. You will work in a safe, efficient manner and cross-train as a backup in other production areas.

The role requires willingness to work overtime and stand for long periods; shifts include Day and Night with competitive hourly rates. PPE and safety practices are mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year welding and/or related field experience or trade school completion preferred.
• Forklift/ hoist experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate welder to weld components and sub-weldments.
• Use hand tools, fixtures and clamps for small welding tasks.
• Weld in various positions and monitor heat to prevent distortion.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and work with team.
