Job summary

Magnum Venus Products (MVP) is seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to read plans, weld with TIG and stick, and fabricate metal structures. You will set up and operate laser cutting and welding equipment, inspect welds, follow safety protocols, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires certification and experience with robotic welding; experience reading blueprints is essential. This is an on-site position with competitive benefits and strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Welder/Fabricator.
• Technical training or certification in Welding from a recognized institution.
• Proficient in TIG, stick, and overhead welding; MIG a plus.
• Experience with robotic welding and computer-programmed machinery.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and diagrams to perform tasks.
• Read, interpret, and follow welding instructions and drawings.
• Set up, operate, and maintain metal laser cutter and welding equipment.
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures per specifications.
• Ensure safety and maintain clean work environment.
• Inspect welds and test equipment for durability and specs.
• Complete quality control forms and job paperwork.
• Work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
