Job summary

Magnum Venus Products, Inc. is seeking a Welder/Fabricator to read blueprints, set up and operate welding equipment, and fabricate metal structures.

You will perform TIG and stick welding, operate a laser cutter, and ensure safety and quality across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The role requires certification or technical training in welding, experience with robotic welding, and the ability to read welding symbols and specifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator.
• Technical training or certification in Welding from a recognized institution.
• Proficient in TIG, stick, and overhead welding; MIG welding a plus.
• Experience with robotic welding and computer-programmed machinery.
• Ability to read blueprints and recognize welding symbols and specifications.
• Knowledge of tools and machinery used in welding trades.
• Physical ability to handle heavy equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Perform TIG and stick welding according to project needs.
• Set up, operate, and maintain metal laser cutter.
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment.
• Produce metal products according to specifications.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment.
• Follow safety measures and wear protective gear.
• Inspect and test welds for durability and specs.
• Monitor work environment for hazards and ventilation.
• Complete quality control forms and project paperwork.
