Responsibilities

• Weld and assemble using hand tools and fixtures
• Prepare and complete welding work including cutting, grinding, and cleaning
• Test and inspect welds to specs
• Read shop orders and specifications
• Read measurements with ruler, square and gauges
• Operate cranes, hoists, and lift tables
• Report machine damages and unsafe conditions
• Monitor and control robotic welding processes
• Program robotic welding systems
• Provide reports/feedback to supervisors/engineers
• Set up robotic welding equipment
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines
• Maintain confidentiality of information
• Maintain professional knowledge through training
• Contribute to team projects
