Job summary

Stark Aerospace Inc. is seeking an experienced Robotic Welder to operate and program Fanuc welding cells for aerospace and defense hardware.

You will read engineering drawings, verify weld quality, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to optimize processes. The role requires hands-on welding with MIG/GMAW and experience with Fronius and Miller systems, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical welding or robotics training preferred.
• AWS or Fanuc certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate, setup, troubleshoot, and maintain robotic welding cells.
• Assist programming and optimize Fanuc welding programs.
• Read aerospace drawings and weld symbols to spec.
• Perform weld setup verification and quality checks.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams.
• Support NPI efforts including fixture validation and process development.
• Troubleshoot torch alignment, wire feed, and robot faults.
• Maintain a clean, safe manufacturing area.
