MOHR Talent in Columbus, MS is seeking a Robotic Welding Technician to operate, troubleshoot, and optimize Fanuc robotic welding cells for aerospace/defense manufacturing in the West Point/Columbus area.

This onsite role requires hands-on setup, program adjustments, and collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering to deliver high-quality welds with Fronius and Miller equipment while maintaining safety and production standards.

Formación

• Minimum 3+ years of robotic welding in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with Fanuc robotic welding systems.
• Proficient in MIG/GMAW welding and welding parameters.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
• AWS certification or Fanuc training is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain Fanuc robotic welding cells.
• Adjust welding programs and parameters to optimize quality.
• Read drawings, welding symbols, and GD&T; ensure weld quality.
• Support NPI, fixture validation, and weld path optimization.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production to improve processes.
