Job summary

Chamberlain Group, via its Systems, LLC affiliate, seeks a Robotic Welder at its Malvern, AR facility. You will weld, assemble, and program robotic welders, maintaining quality while meeting safety standards and production targets.

A sign-on bonus supports joining our manufacturing team and developing skills in MIG and plasma cutting. The role requires basic welding knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of robotic welding experience
• Basic knowledge of MIG welding, handheld plasma machines and cutting torches using cutting steel
• Basic knowledge of welding techniques, material characteristics, and structural fundamentals
• High attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds

Responsibilities

• Weld and assemble parts using handheld welding equipment
• Prepare and complete work on materials by welding, cutting, grinding, and cleaning metal
• Test and inspect welded components to ensure they meet specifications
• Operate cranes, hoists, and lift tables; read measurements
• Set up robotic welding equipment and programs; monitor welding process
• Report damages and safety concerns; maintain equipment
• Contribute to team projects and adhere to health and safety guidelines
