Qualifications

• 1+ year of robotic welding experience.
• Basic knowledge of MIG welding, handheld plasma machines and cutting torches.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit.
• Good attention to detail.
• Safety conscious.

Responsibilities

• Weld and assemble different pieces using hand tools, clamps, jigs, and fixtures; utilize plate, sheet, structural steel, and tubing.
• Prepare and complete work on materials by welding, cutting, grinding, and cleaning metal.
• Test and inspect welded components to ensure they meet specifications.
• Operate robotic welding equipment to perform welding tasks.
• Program robotic welding systems and monitor the process.
• Provide reports/feedback to supervisors or engineering teams.
• Comply with health and safety guidelines and policies.
