Job Title: Robotic Welder – 2nd Shift
Pay Range: $17.00 – $24.00/hour (based on experience)
Shift: 2nd Shift
Location: Germantown, WI

Job Overview:

We are currently hiring an experienced Robotic Welder for our 2nd shift operations. This position is ideal for candidates with 3+ years of experience setting up and operating robotic welding cells in a fast-paced production environment. Join a team focused on precision, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate robotic welding equipment (e.g., ABB, FANUC, Motoman, or similar)

• Program and adjust weld parameters based on job specifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and job travelers

• Perform quality inspections of welded parts and make adjustments as needed

• Change fixtures, load/unload parts, and ensure proper positioning

• Maintain and troubleshoot robotic weld cells for performance and uptime

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
