Job summary

Crenlo Engineered Cabs in Watertown, SD, is seeking a Welder to operate and set up advanced welding equipment, including robotic welders, to repair and assemble parts per specifications.

You will read blueprints, follow work instructions, and maintain quality while minimizing scrap and downtime. The role requires standing for 8 hours and includes opportunities for mentoring junior welders and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
• 1 year welding experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to stand and perform physical, repetitive work for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Plan details of working procedure.
• Inspect finished product for quality and conformance.
• Safely operate advanced welding equipment including robotic welding.
• Set up and adjust welding machines to maintain production and quality.
• Mentor new welders and share weld training.
• Participate in improving weld procedures for safety and efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.
