Job summary

Crenlo Engineered Cabs is seeking a Welder for set-up and operation of advanced welding equipment, including robotic welders. You will solve problems to minimize scrap and downtime and ensure repairs meet high-quality standards.

The role involves reading blueprints, setting up welds, mentoring new welders, and contributing to safety and efficiency improvements. Proof of HS diploma required; shift details apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• No strict weld experience required; 1 year welding experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret weld symbols.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and perform repetitive tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan details of working procedure.
• Inspect finished product for quality and conformance.
• Safely operate robotic welding and advanced welding equipment.
• Set up and troubleshoot welding machines for production.
