Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Robotic Weld Operator for the day shift (7am–3:30pm), Monday through Friday, in Gardner, Kansas. You will program and operate automated welding robots to boost production and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Robotic Welding or related role preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of robotics and welding.
• Excellent creativity, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to engage in advanced mathematical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Programming of automated welding robots.
• Operating automated welding robots.
• Optimize welding programs to reduce cycle time and improve quality.
• Follow defined weld schedules.
• Increase robot weld utilization by transitioning from manual to robotic welding.
• Collaborate with customers and team for new product transfers.
