Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Robotic Weld Operator to join our Kansas team on the day shift (7am–3:30pm, Mon–Fri). The role emphasizes programming (10%) and operating (90%) automated welding robots to boost production capacity.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of robotic welding experience, strong knowledge of robotics and welding, and solid problem-solving and mathematical skills. We offer an air-conditioned environment, ESOP, quarterly bonuses, and clear growth paths.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Robotic Welding or related role preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of robotics and welding.
• Excellent creativity, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to engage in advanced mathematical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate automated welding robots (10% and 90%).
• Provide programming and engineering support to robotic welding operations.
• Optimize welding programs to reduce cycle time and improve quality.
• Follow defined weld schedules and transfer new products to robotic cells.
• Design fixtures to enable productive welding of production parts.
• Train and document proficiency of welding team.
• Collaborate with maintenance to define preventive maintenance.
