Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Robotic Weld Operator to join our team for a day shift (7am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri). The role focuses on programming (10%) and operating (90%) automated welding robots to boost production capacity and quality.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Robotic Welding or related experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of robotics and welding.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to engage in advanced mathematical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Programming (10%) and operating (90%) automated welding robots.
• Provide programming and engineering support to robotic welding operations.
• Optimize current welding programs to reduce cycle time and improve quality.
• Follow defined weld schedules and increase robot utilization.
• Collaborate with customers and team to transfer new products to robotic welding equipment.
• Design fixtures to enable productive and flexible welding.
• Provide training and documentation for welding team.
• Coordinate with maintenance for preventive maintenance schedules.
