Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength in Minnesota is seeking a Robotic Weld Operator to run robotic weld cells, set up fixtures, and inspect weld quality. The role includes a 4/10 schedule (Mon-Thu, 5:00am-3:30pm) with competitive pay and overtime eligibility.

You will operate robots, load/unload parts, and perform daily equipment inspections while maintaining safety and quality standards. A strong mechanical aptitude and manufacturing experience are preferred, with a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate robots and monitor robot while running.
• Set up and tear down jobs by loading and unloading fixtures.
• Load and unload parts and perform visual quality inspection.
• Ensure quality of welds and remove spatter as needed.
• Tag rework jobs and keep accurate records.
• Perform daily equipment inspection.
• Inform supervisor of shortages or quality issues.
• Operate cart caddy and hoist.
