Job summary

CAMACO LLC is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to repair and maintain robotic weld cell equipment on the plant floor. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot automated weld cells, and set up robotic and resistance weld operations and Poke-yoke fixtures.

You will also assist in operator training and diagnose issues from electrical schematics. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and formal Journeyman training in Machine Repair, with 5+ years of related

Qualifications

• Robotic troubleshooting and programming experience.
• Welding proficiency and ability to read schematics.
• Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot automated weld cells and equipment.
• Set-up of robotic and resistance weld operations and Poke-yoke apparatus.
• Fixture modification and adjustment; operate and program weld cells.
• Assist in training operators on weld cell operations.
• Read electrical schematics and diagnose machinery issues.
• Document changes to process parameters and support root cause analysis with Engineering.
