Job summary

MCM Staffing LLC is seeking a Robotic Weld Cell Production Assistant in Springfield, OH to support a robotic welding cell in the aluminum fabrication line. This role involves preparing components, loading fixtures, and working with an experienced operator to maintain production flow.

The position is 1st shift, starting at 7:00 AM, with standard safety procedures and mandatory steel-toe footwear. Responsibilities include straightening aluminum parts prior to welding, loading components into weld

Robotic Weld Cell Production Assistant (2 People Needed), Springfield, OH

$25/hr; 1st shift --7AM Monday, 8/24 start. Drug Test Required.

Resumes Required:

• Support production operations in aluminum step robotic welding cell.
• Straighten aluminum components prior to welding.
• Load components into weld fixtures.
• Work alongside and receive direction from an experienced operator.
• Follow established work instructions and safety procedures.
• Maintain quality standards and assist with production flow.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Continuous handling of components typically weighing less than 5 lbs.
• Frequent lifting and movement of materials, with lifting requirements up to 50 lbs.
• Regular reaching, handling, balancing, stooping, and material movement.
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to safely work around manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to take direction and communicate effectively.
